July 15 is Ukrainian Statehood Day πŸ’›πŸ’™. This holiday reminds us that our state has deep roots stretching back thousands of years.

The textbook, authored by V. A. Shymko, O. D. Bilous, and T. A. Pashkovska, is dedicated to scientifically based profiling methods used in the selection, assessment, and development of personnel. It contains both theoretical foundations, in particular the ideographic approach and the five-factor personality model, and practical recommendations for increasing employee performance.

The manual examines profiling processes during candidate selection, behavioral analysis, interviewing, as well as methods for assessing loyalty, preventing professional burnout, and strengthening staff motivation.

Separate sections are devoted to working with problem employees, internal investigations, and maintaining psychological readiness for action in extreme conditions, in particular under martial law.

The manual contains practical cases, algorithms, and examples of profiling applications based on international experience adapted to modern Ukrainian realities. It will be useful for both young professionals and experienced law enforcement leaders, human resources managers, psychologists, and behavioral analysts.

We sincerely thank the authors for their significant contribution to the development of domestic legal psychology and human resources management!
