The Yaroslav the Wise International Library and Information Center (IBIC) of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides scientific and information support for the educational process and research work of students, scientists, and specialists in various fields of activity, and promotes the popularization of knowledge.
History
The grand opening of the IBIC took place on December 11, 1998. Having started its journey as a small library with a collection of 1,200 copies, by 2002 the MBIC had more than 100,000 copies of books and 50 titles of periodicals, including both Ukrainian newspapers and magazines and foreign press.
Today
The collection, which had grown 250 times in such a short time, did not fit in the premises allocated for it, so in the summer of 2002 it was conditionally divided into technical and humanitarian collections and placed in specially adapted separate premises of two different buildings of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

Users have access to a subscription and cozy reading rooms with a universal book collection, numbering about 360 thousand copies; computer room, where you can use the electronic catalog, electronic library, Internet, scanner, photocopier and work on a PC.
The Academy has a bookstore "Biblion" which offers over 220 titles of books published by the IAPM, namely: scientific literature, monographs, dictionaries, textbooks, Ukrainian prose.
Reading room services:
- issuance of books, periodicals (newspapers, magazines), dissertations, with a limited number of copies for work in the library;
- thematic selection of literature for test, course, diploma, dissertation and other works.
