In observance of the All-Ukrainian Day of Libraries, the Library of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management presents a selection of publications dedicated to the book—one of the most significant creations of human culture.
Books preserve what time seeks to erase: thoughts and names, knowledge and experience, language and historical memory. Within Ukrainian culture, the book holds a special significance; it has served as a space for spiritual resistance, a means of self-discovery, and a way to pass on to future generations the right to speak with their own voice.
